I went to Colombia is 2011 and I distinctly remember this coffee a decade later. Back then I couldn’t find it here, but online shopping has fixed that! This coffee made me think differently any coffee and to this day, I prefer and only drink Colombian coffee. If you want a strong coffee with low acidity, and smooth! You want this coffee. 🙂

I use 18g in for 38g out in 23 seconds, reaching 9 bar after a few seconds, then reducing to 4-5 bar after 15g, brings out everything.
