INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons dark roast ground coffee
- 225 ml of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavor)
- 35 ml of cold milk
- Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the coffee in a coffee pot, add boiling water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Dip and then pour the brewed coffee into a heatproof glass and add the maple syrup.
- Add ice and the milk.
