At 1900 m.a.s.l. At Finca Los Pinos, in Planadas – Tolima, a special harvest is born, handpicked by Don Eladio and his family, a Special edition with a unique character that, thanks to the care of Don Eladio, has a slow maturation and is fermented 24 hours so at that time release their notes and take shape.
An edition in which Don Eladio and his family pay homage to the coffee tradition, giving it a clear roasting curve that allows it to highlight its sweet aroma, balanced profile and its flavor notes of honey and jasmine.
A TRIBUTE TO OUR COFFEE TRADITION
Eladio Rave, a native of Herrera; from the municipality of Rioblanco, grew up in a traditional family of coffee growers, he learned the basics to have his farm with Nancy, his wife and his children Iván, Daniela, Daniel and Alex. They live in Los Pinos Farm in the village of Las Brisas in the municipality of Planadas, Tolima. With dedication they take care of their coffee plantations in order to commercialize a special coffee.
