Aromatic Toast for Thanksgiving: Pumpkin Spice Latte

As Thanksgiving nears, we’ve crafted a Pumpkin Spice Latte that’s a delicious blend of warmth and gratitude.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of any Juan Valdez bold coffee.
  • 1/2 cup of milk (whole milk, 2%, or a non-dairy milk of your choice).
  • 2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin puree.
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (adjust to taste).
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (or a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves).
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Whipped cream (For garnish).
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (For garnish).
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Brew a cup of your favorite Juan Valdez Bold Coffee.
  2. In a saucepan, mix together the milk, canned pumpkin puree, and sugar over medium heat. Heat the mixture until it’s hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the mixture from the heat and whisk in the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug.
  5. Pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture over the coffee, using a fine-mesh strainer to catch any lumps.
  6. If desired, top your Pumpkin Spice Latte with a dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Sprinkle some ground cinnamon or nutmeg on top for added flavor and presentation.
  8. Give it a gentle stir and enjoy your homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte!
